How you will make an impact:
We are currently seeking a reliable and caring Bus Driver to join our team at Village Shores. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and comfort of our residents during transportation, while adhering to all established state laws and SilverCrest Bus policies. As a Bus Driver at SilverCrest, you will play a vital role in assisting residents on and off the bus - at the community and their destinations. Collaborating with our Programming staff, you will help facilitate outings, assist with activities and provide our residents with enjoyable experiences inside and outside the facility. You will oversee the general maintenance and upkeep of the community's bus, diligently recording all maintenance records for future reference.
This position's schedule is M-F between 8 AM and 5 PM, and some weekend coverage
What you will need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED is required
- Must have a valid Minnesota Driver's License - Class C with clean driving record
- Mature individual who interacts well with a senior population.
