   What You'll Do: 

  • Assist the Director in the planning, facilitating and monitoring the Memory Care Program to ensure the overall success of all resident programs in the Reflections Neighborhood
  • Facilitate meaningful programs for residents with dementia by taking individual needs into account and assuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible
  • Serve as an informed expert by staying up-to-date and knowledgeable about all the products and procedures of the community 
  • Be involved and interact with people (residents, families, visitors, staff, home care agency, potential referral sources, community services, other health providers, community groups, etc.)
  • Use computer programs in Microsoft Office for public communications, calendar creation, and newsletter development, or be willing to learn and implement


What You'll Need: 

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Must have a working knowledge of Dementia and other memory care diagnosis' including documented Alzheimer's and Dementia training
  • Possess excellent time management and communication skills and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work closely with the Director, but can carry out tasks independently or as a part of a team.
  • At least 1 year in an activity programming-related position, preferably memory care, or experience as a caregiver
  • Have the physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
