What You’ll Do

Ensure the facility operates in compliance with environmental regulations, sustainability practices, and industry standards
Execute safe maintenance practices and procedures, hazardous material management, employee right to know, and SilverCrest policies and procedures as it relates to environmental tasks
Ensure the practice of building codes, fire marshal regulations, OSHA, Health Dept inspections that may pertain to home care, federal, state, and local codes, life safety and pollution control regulations
Possess the skills needed for various maintenance roles, such as painting, plumbing, minor repairs, heating and air conditioning, electrical, housekeeping techniques, etc.
Effectively lead and collaborate with a team to foster a culture of excellence, ensuring that all aspects of environmental services, from housekeeping to waste management, are executed efficiently and with utmost care
Contribute to a warm and inviting atmosphere where the residents can thrive and feel safe in their home

What you will need:

High school diploma or GED is preferred
2-3 years of leadership experience in building operations
Must have a Boiler’s License of the class required for that campus and pool license where necessary
Have the physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
