What You'll Do: 
  • Apply proven sales and marketing strategies to generate awareness, cultivate and qualify leads, and execute effective follow-up activities
  • Deliver compelling presentations and convert qualified prospects into residents while meeting or exceeding occupancy goals
  • Assist in developing and executing quarterly marketing and advertising strategies to support occupancy and growth objectives
  • Promote the community and its services through effective discovery, presentation, and consultative closing techniques
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to coordinate and ensure a seamless resident move-in experience
  • Support annual and monthly departmental budget goals through ongoing communication and collaboration with leadership

What You'll need:

  • High school diploma or GED (required)
  • Must be 18 years of age or older (required)
  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • 1+ years of marketing experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or 55+ communities
  • 1+ years of direct, face-to-face sales experience in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or 55+ communities
  • 1+ years of experience conducting tours in assisted living, independent living, memory care, or 55+ communities
  • Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and social media platforms
