What You'll Do:

Plan, direct, perform, facilitate, and monitor the entire program provision, ensuring the overall success of all resident programs in the Reflections Neighborhood
Facilitate meaningful programs for residents with dementia by taking individual needs into account and assuring customer satisfaction to the highest degree possible
Serve as an informed expert by staying up-to-date and knowledgeable about all the products and procedures of the community
Be involved and interact with people (residents, families, visitors, staff, home care agency, potential referral sources, community services, other health providers, community groups, etc.)
Use computer programs in Microsoft Office for public communications, calendar creation, and newsletter development, or be willing to learn and implement

What You'll Need:

High school diploma or GED
Must be a Certified Dementia Practitioner
At least 1 year in a programming-related position, preferably memory care, or experience as a home health aide
Alzheimer’s and dementia training
Have the physical, mental, and emotional health and energy to perform the requirements of the job
