- Play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest quality service standards for residents
- Assist the Resident Care Coordinator in overseeing the team of Resident Assistants and monitor staffing levels to ensure shifts are filled.
- Assist with scheduling the team while adhering to budgeted hours.
- Monitor the services dashboard and completion of daily assignments.
- Provide immediate feedback and support to the Resident Assistants for the daily/weekly schedule, assisting with plans for coverage of scheduled shifts as needed.
- Step in when necessary to assist with resident care.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a nursing scheduler, or 2-3 years as a nursing assistant in assisted living, long-term care, or similar experience with seniors
- Past supervisory experience is preferred
