What You’ll Do

Provide resident-centered care that honors every person’s dignity, at every stage of their journey
Assist residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Administer and assist with medications according to care plans and community policy
Support safe mobility, transfers, and fall prevention
Observe and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to the nursing team
Document care accurately and on time
Build genuine relationships with residents and families, and bring warmth and joy to each day

What You Bring

At least 1 year of hands-on experience in assisted living, memory care, home care, or a related health care setting
Experience with medication administration strongly preferred
Completion of an assisted living or caregiver training program preferred (TMA or CNA a plus)
Confidence in safe transfers and personal care
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans and written directions
High school diploma or GED
18 years of age or older
